What we cannot do

We cannot access your Pin-Up account, recover a password, release a withdrawal, unlock an account or chase a bonus. Only Pin-Up's own customer support can do those things — see our support guide for the official channels. We also never ask for your password, OTP, card number or KYC documents. Anyone using our name to request those is impersonating us.
